What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets within the assigned territory - Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue - Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting - Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and product development
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field - Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for customer relationship building - Proficiency with MS Office, CRM technology, and telecommuting software
