What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small businessesowners
Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve sales goals in a competitive environment
Manage desk responsibilities while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
Deliver tailored insurance solutions with a customer-focused approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer license required
Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities
