What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate assigned sales volumes in whole goods, parts, and services for the district
Provide training and coaching to channel partners to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
Develop and manage an annual business plan to grow sales, including equipment leasing and financing
Collaborate with the national sales manager to implement marketing programs to meet retail sales objectives
Track channel partner performance against goals and provide feedback for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work‑related experience
Minimum of five years relevant business experience
Experience in a channel partner sales role, preferably in construction, tool rental, landscape design, or golf operations
Proficient in translating product features into customer benefits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting at events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Focus on Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Business Management
Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with partners
Familiarity with industry products and market trends
Experience in sales training or coaching roles
Ability to engage in public speaking at industry events
