What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services

Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting discovery and preparing proposals

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing with decision-makers

Conduct high volumes of outreach and marketing campaigns to generate new leads using Salesforce and Salesloft

Develop tailored solutions by taking a consultative approach to understand prospects’ challenges and strategic objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

7-15 years of sales experience, preferably managing complex strategic sales processes

Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and investment operations

Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with regulatory capital requirements, asset allocation strategies, tax, and risk management

Experience in navigating large, global organizations

Flexibility to travel for business engagements
