What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting through closing, including discovery, presentations, and contract negotiations
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing with decision‑makers
Conduct high volumes of outreach to generate new leads and opportunities using various tools, including Salesforce
Develop tailored solutions by understanding prospects' challenges and strategic objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
7‑15 years of sales experience, preferably managing complex strategic sales processes
Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and regulatory capital requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance‑oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in managing complex sales processes within the financial services or healthcare technology sectors
Familiarity with private and alternative investment products
Strong organizational intelligence and ability to navigate large global organizations
Flexibility to travel as needed
