What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services
Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing, including discovery, presentations, and contract negotiations
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing
Prepare for and conduct prospect meetings, delivering high-quality presentations and product demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute on new client opportunities while maintaining industry relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
7-15 years of sales experience, preferably with complex strategic sales processes
Strong understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing complex sales processes in the financial services industry
Familiarity with private and alternative investment products
Proven ability to navigate large, global organizations
Strong organizational skills and flexibility to travel
