Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services. Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparation and follow-up. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing. Conduct high volumes of outreach to generate new leads, utilizing Salesforce and other platforms. Develop tailored solutions based on a consultative understanding of prospects' challenges and objectives. What is Required (Qualifications)

7-15 years of sales experience, preferably in managing complex strategic sales processes. Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and related regulatory requirements. Bachelor's Degree. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with private and alternative investment products and asset allocation strategies. Strong organizational intelligence to navigate a large global organization. Flexibility to travel as needed.
