What to Expect
Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, including SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services
Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing, including preparing presentations and negotiating contracts
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and nurturing relationships with decision-makers
Conduct high volumes of outreach to generate new leads, utilizing platforms like Salesforce and Salesloft
Develop tailored solutions by understanding prospects' challenges and strategic objectives
What is Required
7-15 years of sales experience, preferably in managing complex strategic sales processes
Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, including regulatory capital requirements and risk management
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
How to Stand Out
Experience with investment operations and technology in the insurance sector
Proven ability to navigate large global organizations and maintain relationships with industry consultants
Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements and industry conferences
