What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Guide a full sales cycle within the SMB market, achieving or exceeding sales targets
Build and maintain relationships to maximize successful outcomes
Present company products in various settings, including online demos and face‑to‑face meetings
Develop strategic account plans and manage the sales process effectively
Prospect through high‑volume outreach programs to identify new customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
Legal authorization to work in Canada or the USA; no sponsorship available for this role
Strong understanding of customer needs and complexities in their business
Ability to manage a high volume of shifting deals in the sales pipeline
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
1+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
Experience presenting solutions tailored to individual customer needs
1+ years of Salesforce experience
Experience developing relationships quickly with potential customers
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in sales
