Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally Determine customer concerns and schedule necessary appointments Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they feel heard and informed Document and update customer records accurately Establish and maintain strong customer relationships What is Required (Qualifications)
Must provide your own equipment Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal) High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
