What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain relationships with long-term care team members, including physicians and pharmacists

Promote products through compliant clinical education tailored to customer needs

Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills

Develop and execute territory business plans based on market insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and represent the employer at industry events

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare for Sales Specialist role

Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience for Senior Specialist role

Minimum 12 years of healthcare sales experience for Executive Specialist role

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to drive and travel independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in neuroscience sales preferred

Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities at a regional level

Advanced selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse healthcare provider audiences
