What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute account management strategies to enhance member engagement and growth
Facilitate quarterly business reviews and maintain strategic account plans aligned with member objectives
Identify and coordinate resources to support hospitals in achieving their goals
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring effective communication of account progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in client management or healthcare sales/account management
Bachelor's degree required
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and electronically
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in managing complex health systems and understanding supply chain operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in technology or advisory sales within the healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive relationships
Knowledge of Premier products and services or similar offerings in the market
