What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming needs and explaining the hotel and payment process

Search and secure hotel accommodations while balancing family preferences with carrier guidelines

Facilitate reservations and ensure all necessary confirmations and authorizations are received

Communicate details and instructions to insured families with professionalism and empathy

Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and support families through various challenges

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Experience handling escalations and sensitive situations with care

Proven ability to perform well under pressure
