Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming needs and explaining hotel and payment processes Search, evaluate, and secure hotel accommodations while balancing family preferences with carrier guidelines Facilitate reservations and ensure rate agreements and authorizations are received Communicate confirmations to families professionally, including hotel details and check-in instructions Address escalations and challenges with confidence, maintaining detailed documentation of hotel arrangements What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or insurance industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university Experience in the travel or hospitality industry Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to handle work-related stress and meet deadlines Exceptional phone voice and strong problem‑solving skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
