Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
Job Description:
* Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations and make necessary corrections * Prepare account reconciliations and related analysis of various balance sheet accounts * Develop and document policies and procedures * Work collaboratively to develop and lead process improvement initiatives * Interact with internal and external auditors
Requirements:
* Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills * Advanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs * Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
