Develop and execute strategic vision and direction for Benefits and Underwriting businesses Spearhead expansion initiatives and identify new market segments and product opportunities Analyze industry trends and competitor landscape to translate insights into actionable strategies Foster a results-oriented culture promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the employer's interests in industry discussions Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance coverages and Employee Benefit Sales Bachelor’s degree required Prescribed minimum requirements for state A&H and/or benefits licenses Strong strategic leadership and business acumen Proven ability to achieve growth and retention targets Preferred Qualifications
Experience with managing general agents (MGA) and securing partnerships in the insurance industry Knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the employee benefits sector Demonstrated success in cultivating a collaborative and innovative work culture Ability to assess market trends and competitor strategies effectively We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
