What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage accounts focused on companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
Collaborate cross‑functional teams to customize solutions for customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (salesforce.com)
What is Required (Qualifications)
College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative approach
Experience in high‑velocity sales and selling to C‑level executives
Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a consultative sales approach and managing the entire sales cycle independently
Familiarity with the land‑and‑expand sales strategy
Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas consistently
