What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline

Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)

What is Required (Qualifications)

College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience

Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies

Experience with high‑velocity sales and a consultative approach to selling

Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders

Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling to C‑level executives and identifying business challenges

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans

Enthusiasm for prospecting and building customer relationships
