Commitment to a high level of accuracy./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPolicy checking for accuracy on all renewal, endorsement, audit, cancellation transactions per Cross workflow procedures. Processing of policies includes verifying all underwriting information is as submitted, all coverage is as requested and bound, forms and exclusions are standard and as agreed upon, premiums are accurate. Identify discrepancies, communicate with account manager and producers./liliPrepare policies for delivery/liliManages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities/liliInvoice policy transaction premiums, updates and maintains agency management systems where necessary/liliUnderstanding of technology as it pertains to day-to-day inter-office operations/liliPerform other tasks or projects as needed/assigned/liliMaintain a cordial and professional relationship with clients, co-workers, companies, vendors and other business contacts/li/ul/div
