What will your day look like?
Acquisition of FMCG clients (modern & traditional trade) within the PL region
Manage operations and communication with B2B customers
Manage the implementation of GymBeam commercial strategy to customers
Delivery customer growth
Negotiate contracts and annual terms in cooperation with Head of B2B
Build relationship with customers
Research, gather, and analyze data using the internal data software for analysis
Monitor specific goals and ensure these goals are met, particularly margin, profit and revenue
Who are we looking for?
Previous professional experience (1–2 years) as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG is an advantage
Experience in managing operations with B2B customers is an advantage
Proficiency in English at B2 level
Polish - C2 level
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ambitious and dynamic personality
Start: ASAP
Full‑time
Regular employment contract / Monthly salary 6400 PLN - 7900 PLN
Freelance contract / Hourly rate 42 PLN - 52 PLN
