Leasing Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Property leasing and administration, including showing, qualifying, and moving in prospective residents.
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours.
Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing gepf goals.
follow‑up with leads and maintain model units.
Assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, and turn‑over processes.
Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests toociónèv residential satisfaction.альный>
Support resident retention programs such as community functions, promotions, and newsletters.
Participate in general office maintenance and upkeep of common areas.
Implement annual marketing plan outreach and conductuales market surveys.
Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions; prepare weekly market surveys.
Ensure excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround.
Represent the community positively, uphold policies, and agree on consistent resident interactions.
Education & Experience
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of on‑site software functions.
Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
Regular movement between work sites, use of ladders, stairs_PROTOCOL etc. (arises). Access to social media posts via linked accounts a decision day.
Frequent use of ladders, stairs, and scaffolding; prolonged standing or sitting.
Occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 25 lb and use of machinery or vehicles.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in various weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
