What You Bring Technical & Commercial Background:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Business, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation or related fields.

Proven Sales Track Record:

Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle in a technical environment, with strong ability to prospect, present, and close deals independently while supporting and motivating distributor networks. Technical Acumen:

Ability to understand and explain industrial automation solutions, particularly in machine vision and optical sensors, with hands-on problem-solving skills for basic application challenges. Consultative Sales Expertise:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners. Organization & Mobility:

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting, with willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Your Role As the

Territory Sales Manager

for the

Western Region , you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing both direct sales and channel relationships. This is a hands‑on sales role, requiring a proactive and technically adept individual to lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with direct customers, strategically developing key accounts and solving basic technical challenges with internal engineering support when needed. Channel Sales Management:

Build strong distributor relationships through training sessions, joint sales calls, and co‑branded marketing campaigns to maximize their success and technical proficiency. Market Development:

Generate leads through cold calling, market analysis, and trade shows while monitoring territory performance to identify new opportunities and adjust growth strategies. Organization and Reporting:

Manage opportunities and customer records in SensoPart's CRM while regularly reporting on sales performance كم, key opportunities, and market trends.
