Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies Leverage data from Salesforce and other systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies Identify and advance cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements, both onsite and virtually Serve as a key support function for regional and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement activities What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the utility billing or enterprise software sector Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to managing opportunities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its applications in sales automation Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as required (up to 50%) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
