What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies.
Leverage Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem.
Prepare meeting materials and participate in customer engagements to support Regional Sales Directors.
Coordinate support for regional and corporate conferences, enhancing customer engagement and follow-up actions.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in utility billing or enterprise software.
Understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes.
Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners.
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its applications in sales automation and operational efficiency.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
