What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
Leverage data from Salesforce and other systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem
Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
Assist in coordinating booth activity and customer engagement at industry events and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
Understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to leverage AI for sales automation and process improvement
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events (up to 50%)
