What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end sales process for brokers and clients
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the territory to expand the employer's footprint
Develop and manage broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and expanding the network
Provide strategic insights and guidance as a subject matter expert in group health benefits
What is Required (Qualifications)
A bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Group Health sales or marketing
Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment with a strong desire for growth
Willingness to travel up to 15% for engagement with agents and brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Group Health sales or marketing is a plus
Military service background may be considered
