What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end sales process for group health programs
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market presence
Develop and manage broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and expanding networks
Offer strategic insights and guidance to brokers as a subject matter expert in group health benefits
What is Required (Qualifications)
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Group Health sales or marketing
Ability to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Strong desire for career growth and development in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% to engage with agents and brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Group Health sales or marketing is a plus
Background in other sales environments or military service
