What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and clients-l
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and enhance broker partnerships to expand the network of contacts
Serve as a subject matter expert in group health benefits and markets, providing strategic insights to partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Group Health sales or marketing
Ability to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Strong desire for career growth and demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% for engagement with agents and brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales backgrounds or military service is a plus
Knowledge of group health benefits and markets
