What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own or support complex PLM sales cycles by breaking down current workflows and uncovering inefficiencies

Collaborate closely with account owners to develop coordinated deal strategies and deliver a unified message

Conduct deep discovery across various departments to identify workflow bottlenecks causing business challenges

Build and present ROI models tied to improvements in cycle time, cost savings, and efficiency gains

Drive executive alignment and influence senior decision makers by connecting PLM to measurable outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven track record of closing complex enterprise software deals with executive involvement

Strong discovery skills and the ability to understand and reconstruct cross-functional workflows

Experience selling business-critical systems where downtime or poor processes have significant financial implications

Ability to influence and align senior executives through clear articulation of ROI and strategic value

High energy and competitiveness, with the capability to operate at startup speed in a high-growth environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influencing

Demonstrated quality and progression in managing complex sales cycles

Track record of executive alignment and adoption of PLM solutions
