What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own or support complex PLM sales cycles, analyzing workflows and aligning solutions with business outcomes
Collaborate closely with account owners to develop coordinated sales strategies and deliver a unified message to clients
Conduct in-depth discovery across various organizational functions to identify workflow bottlenecks and business pain points
Create and present compelling ROI models that demonstrate value through efficiency gains and cost savings
Work alongside implementation partners to ensure a seamless transition from decision‑making to deployment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven track record of closing complex enterprise software deals with multiple stakeholders and executive involvement
Strong discovery skills and the ability to reconstruct cross‑functional workflows
Experience selling critical business systems with significant financial implications
Ability to influence and align senior executives through clear articulation of ROI and strategic value
High energy and competitiveness, with the capacity to manage deals in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influence
Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles
Proven executive alignment and adoption of enterprise solutions
Strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
Impactful collaboration with account owners, partners, and technical teams
