Responsibilities
Own or support complex PLM sales cycles by analyzing current workflows and aligning solutions to business outcomes
Collaborate with Autodesk account owners to develop coordinated deal strategies and deliver a unified message to customers
Conduct deep discovery to identify workflow bottlenecks across various departments, including engineering and operations
Build and present ROI models that demonstrate cycle time reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains
Work with technical specialists to validate solutions and provide impactful demonstrations to clients
Qualifications
Proven track record of closing complex enterprise software deals involving multiple stakeholders and executive participation
Strong discovery skills with the capacity to analyze and reconstruct cross-functional workflows
Experience selling critical business systems where downtime or inefficiencies have significant financial implications
Ability to influence senior executives by clearly articulating ROI and strategic value
High energy and competitiveness, with the ability to manage deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influencing
Demonstrated quality and progression in managing complex sales cycles
Proven ability to achieve executive alignment and adoption of enterprise solutions
Strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
Ability to navigate and build relationships across account owners, partners, and technical teams
