What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own or support complex PLM sales cycles by identifying operational inefficiencies and aligning solutions to business outcomes
Collaborate with Autodesk account owners to develop coordinated deal strategies and deliver a unified message to clients
Conduct in-depth discovery across various departments to identify workflow bottlenecks and business pain points
Build and present compelling ROI models that demonstrate the value of the solutions offered
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline discipline using Salesforce and other sales tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record of closing complex enterprise software deals with executive involvement
Strong discovery skills with the ability to analyze and reconstruct cross-functional workflows
Experience in selling business-critical systems with financial implications for downtime or inefficiencies
Ability to influence senior executives by articulating ROI and strategic value
High energy and competitiveness, capable of operating at startup speed in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influencing
Demonstrated quality and progression in managing complex sales cycles
Proven ability to achieve executive alignment and adoption of software solutions
Strong pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting abilities
Impactful collaboration across account owners, partners, and technical teams
