What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process escrow account management activities, including monthly payment management and vendor oversight
Maintain escrow interest rates and process deposits and controls
Monitor service delivery and quality standards for Tax, Insurance, and Insurance Claims vendors
Research customer requests and inquiries, resolving issues effectively
Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements related to mortgage lending
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in a mortgage environment, specifically in escrow account activities
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and adhere to state and federal mortgage lending regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Some college education preferred
Experience in Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to escrow analysis and property insurance
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Problem‑solving skills and ability to evaluate complex issues
Familiarity with company operating systems
