What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Process servicing functions related to escrow from loan acquisition through life-of-loan servicing

Maintain escrow interest rates and manage deposits and controls

Monitor service delivery and quality standards for Tax, Insurance, and Insurance Claims vendors

Research customer requests and inquiries, resolving issues effectively

Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma or equivalent

2-5 years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably in Mortgage Loan Servicing related to escrow account activities

Strong customer service orientation and detail-oriented mindset

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand and adhere to state and federal mortgage lending regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Some college education preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Problem‑solving skills and familiarity with company operating systems
