What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process servicing functions related to escrow from loan acquisition through life‑of‑loan servicing
Maintain escrow interest rates, process deposits, and controls
Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for vendors related to tax, insurance, and insurance claims
Research customer requests and inquiries, evaluating multiple factors to resolve issues
Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
2‑5 years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably in Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to escrow account activities
Strong customer service orientation
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task
Ability to understand and adhere to state and federal mortgage lending regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Some college education preferred
Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Problem‑solving skills
Strong knowledge of company operating systems
Experience training or onboarding new employees
