What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process servicing functions related to escrow from loan acquisition through life‑of‑loan servicing
Maintain escrow interest rates, process deposits, and controls
Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for vendors
Research customer requests and inquiries, evaluate multiple factors, and resolve issues
Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably in Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to escrow account activities
Strong customer service orientation
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Some college education preferred
Problem‑solving skills and ability to understand state and federal mortgage lending regulations
Familiarity with company operating systems
