What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies in the assigned territory through various communication methods
Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and their clients
Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the employer's footprint in the territory
Develop and manage broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and expanding the network of contacts
Serve as a subject matter expert in group health benefits, providing strategic insights to brokers and agency partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Group Health sales or marketing
Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong desire for career growth
Willingness to travel up to 15% within the assigned territory
