What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) \>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies in the assigned territory through various communication methods Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and clients

Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the employer's footprint within the territory

Develop and manage broker partnerships to deepen engagement and expand the network of contacts

Become a subject matter expert in group health benefits, providing strategic insights to brokers and agency partners

What is Required (Qualifications)

A bachelor's degree is preferred

Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, with a preference for Group Health sales or marketing experience

Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong desire for career growth

Willingness to travel up to 15% to engage with agents and brokers within the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Group Health sales or marketing

Background in other sales fields or military service
