What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies in the assigned territory through various communication methods

Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end process for brokers and their clients

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the territory to expand the employer's footprint

Develop and manage broker partnerships to deepen engagement and expand the network of contacts

Provide strategic insights and guidance to brokers and agency partners as a subject matter expert in group health benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):

A bachelor’s degree is preferred

Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, with a focus on Group Health sales or marketing considered a plus

Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong desire for career growth

Willingness to travel up to 15% to engage with agents and brokers within the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in Group Health sales or marketing

Background in other sales roles or military service
