What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and grow an assigned territory of primary and secondary customers within the health systems segment
Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, profit, and margin growth
Lead onboarding and implementation of customer solutions to ensure full adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve issues
Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve business goals in collaboration with senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical or health system industries
Proven success in consultative selling and customer retention
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight and weekend travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with consultative selling and business development in health systems
Strong understanding of financial concepts related to sales
Knowledge of retail and alternate care industries and their challenges
Proficiency in leveraging digital tools for sales activities
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and provide insights
