What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads and meet performance benchmarks

Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management

Assist leadership with special projects and administrative tasks to support team efficiency

Participate in internal meetings and training sessions for continuous skill improvement

Mentor or assist new team members during onboarding to promote team development

What is Required (Qualifications)

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Comfortable making cold calls and managing objections

Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
