What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Prospect via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meetings

Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management

Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks to support team efficiency

Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed on company updates

Mentor or assist new team members during onboarding to promote team development

What is Required (Qualifications):

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills within a dynamic company

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
