What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks to support team efficiency
Participate in internal meetings and training sessions for continuous skill improvement
Mentor new team members during onboarding or training to promote team development
What is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales or customer service role
Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools
Previous experience in a digital marketing or related industry
