Prospect and cold-call via phone, email, and other methods to generate qualified leads Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in systems for reporting and pipeline management Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks as needed Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on company initiatives Mentor new team members during onboarding to promote team development What is Required (Qualifications):
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience making cold calls and managing client objections Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail Self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
