What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Take inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants
Provide coverage consultation on small business lines, including Business Owner's Policy and Workers Compensation
Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
Operate with a customer‑focused approach, ensuring excellent service and tailored insurance solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
