What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data
Define subsets of the total addressable market for targeted business opportunities
Collaborate with Business Development to deliver win/loss analyses for target alignment
Identify revenue and margin expansion opportunities within existing client bases
Analyze and report on marketing campaign results to improve targeting and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a segmentation, business, and/or CRM analytics role
Proficiency in Salesforce
Knowledge of Python and SQL; familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities
Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and establish trust
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a data-driven marketing environment
Familiarity with predictive analytics and modeling techniques
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
