What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts using flexible and scalable licensing models
Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, aligning CrowdStrike’s solutions with customer requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding and accelerate product adoption
Maintain accurate documentation within CRM/Marketing software of customer contacts and activity data
Collaborate with Marketing to create effective plans for accounts, including events and seminars
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 12+ years of relevant professional experience
Extensive knowledge of customer decision‑making processes, goals, and business objectives
Strong presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills
Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions
Ability to mentor others and establish trust with internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
Subject matter expertise in selling cybersecurity products and services
Experience interacting with senior‑most customer executives and CXO‑level decision makers
