Essential Functions and responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
Collect and analyze employee data
Use data to reduce turnover and increase team member workplace morale
Assist the HR Team in the organization and updating of employee files via Document Manager
Create and conduct training for employees
Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses
Oversee employee orientation and new hire onboarding
Minimum Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Retention Specialist or similar role Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS and related Human Resources Time and Attendance Software Systems Exceptional written and verbal communication Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving ability Bilingual would be preferred. Preferred Qualifications
3 (+) years’ work experience as a Human Resource Professional Qualifications
