What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers

Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention

Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions

Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives and market strategies

Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

Less than 2 years of experience engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, especially in telecommunications or consumer electronics

Less than 2 years of experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective customer interaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification demonstrating knowledge in sales strategies and customer interaction

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification enhancing skills in training and performance improvement

Experience with advanced negotiation techniques to secure sales agreements

Familiarity with problem-solving techniques in sales processes to enhance customer experience

Strong adaptability to modify sales approaches based on varying customer needs and market conditions
