What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with sustainability goals and strategic priorities

Manage customer roadmap execution and ensure closure of CRM projects

Build and maintain relationships across Canada while implementing customer feedback to refine sales approaches

Deliver sales and distribution targets while monitoring competitor activities and pricing

Collaborate with various teams to ensure internal support for sales initiatives and manage distribution partners

What is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the Midstream pipeline integrity market

Strong understanding of the Midstream Pipeline Integrity process and pipeline repair and coating practices

Knowledge of composite repair systems for pressurized pipelines

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Proven ability to manage performance and relationships with distribution channels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in implementing customer‑centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long‑term partnerships

Ability to leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience coordinating tasks among key interfaces and fulfilling administrative responsibilities

Familiarity with sales forecasting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
